Students collected the diplomas and awards in this closing event that was chaired by Daniel Garcia, Mayor of Torre Pacheco and the Chief Provincial Traffic Murcia, Francisco Javier Jiménez Jiménez.

The course has been developed since the 14th of October 2008 until the day May 22, 2009, that is, that for nearly eight months our Department of Education and Traffic Safety, through the Department of Public Safety, has reached all children in the municipality of Torre Pacheco, through all their schools, which have taken an active and enthusiastic throughout the program that has been developed, there have been three institutes of secondary education and eight Colleges Primary.

In summary, in terms of numbers involved, have been 118 groups of different schools with 2,709 students in total, who have undergone training and Driver Education.

The activity was aimed at students of 3 º to 6 º of Primary (from 8-9 to 11-12 years old), and 1 º and 2 º of secondary education (from 12-13 to 13-14-15 years age) who are age groups which may be more effective road safety education, because from 8 to 14 years of age, the time the child is more open to learning concepts and the acquisition of habits of conduct, main base in which the European Road Safety Education.

And this year, not only were the school addressed to the Road Safety Education, and also have scheduled a workshop on road safety education for the 3rd Age, held every Tuesday of the month of March, the Senior Center Torre Pacheco Dolores de Pacheco, Balsicas, Jimena and San Cayetano paths are scheduled Driver Education Days, early in April, aimed at people with disabilities of all types, students all Prometheus Association, and the last, performed on days 1 and 2 June, and addressed to students of Social Guarantee Course, where future carpenters, masons, painters, carpenters, metal and waiters, developed by the Children's Traffic Park in Torre Pacheco, after receiving the corresponding session in their theoretical study center, where it was found that a large majority of immigrant students are perfectly suited to our traffic laws and is seamlessly integrated into our society.
