This morning students of the Polytechnic of Cartagena IES visited our town, interest in the General Urban Plan of Torre Pacheco.
The Town Planning, Meroño Santiago León, hosted students and teachers and thanked them for your interest in this school, and invited them to also make contributions to improve as much as possible and this Plan.
Emilio Gómez Marín, facility representative, expressed his appreciation to the City of Torre Pacheco for the good treatment they have been offered and has shown the importance of students having contact with the street and the professionals engaged in this Plan General to see also the reality and not remain only with the theory.
Tas welcome students met with the technicians to see the General Urban Plan.
In the last plenary session on February 26, 2009 was originally adopted the General Urban Plan of Torre Pacheco.
This document is committed to agricultural development and activities related to this field, exploiting the potential of the municipality.
There arose an urban intensive, but denser urban areas to promote trade.
This document is very important because it will consider the growth of Torre Pacheco in the coming decades
It is currently open submissions period for all residents to submit their written suggestions on the Register or the City Council to improve this document.
The deadline for submissions ends on June 1, 2009.
Once all suggestions received will become a new document, which will be approved on an interim basis in the municipal plenary.
Following this approval will be sent to the Directorate General of Planning of the Region of Murcia, which will be responsible for final approval.
