The acting CEO of the Institute of Tourism of the Region of Murcia, Manuel Fernandez-Delgado Thomas accompanied by Acting Mayor of Torre Pacheco, Fine Marin Otto and acting councilor of Tourism, Toni Madrid, presented today XXI Trinity and Berber Parties to be held in the city from 5 to 7 June.

This event is exceeded year after year thanks to the enthusiasm and effort of pachequeros and is a true cultural, historical and tourist attraction for visitors.

The Trinity-Berber parties born in 1996 on the initiative of José Miguel Rodriguez, historian and researcher of the town of Torre-Pacheco.

Acts recall the feared Berber incursions that attacked the shores of Mar Menor and the Campo de Cartagena during the fifteenth, sixteenth and seventeenth centuries and difficult the settlement of this area.

In this edition a photographic exhibition in which all Trinity-Berber parties Torre-Pacheco will review will be conducted;

there will be storytelling about the history of Torre-Pacheco in the CAES to bring the smaller our history.

Also new this year is the camp that will be installed in the old school of the Rosary, which is the fair of beer and in which a giant sandwich is made, there will be concerts, bread with spicy sausage, paella tasting ham.
