Torre-Pacheco has an estimated lower unemployment to the community and the Campo de Cartagena rate (05/06/2014)

The unemployment data in May reflect a very positive trend in Torre-Pacheco where the number of unemployed has decreased since the beginning of the year 263 people, bringing the total number of unemployed in 3050.

This represents an estimated unemployment in the destination of 18%, well below the 26% that rotates in the Campo de Cartagena, and 22% regional rate.

The downward trend in unemployment data is occurring gradually since the beginning of the year but reduced last month April was highly significant (down 195 people).
