The Torre-Pacheco City Council has launched the Family with Emotions Program, a training program developed by a team of psychologists and family action pedagogues in order to help establish affective bonds in the family according to their emotions, feelings And needs.
This morning the course "Family with Emotions" has begun, with the councilor for Social Services and Equality of the City of Torre-Pacheco, Verónica Martínez, responsible for welcoming half a hundred fathers and mothers who are going to do it.
"This course will provide parents with the necessary educational keys for a better performance of their parental role, when their children are in the infantile and primary stage," said the Councilor for Equality.
Gabriel González, family therapist at Fundación Acción Familiar, added that the general objective is to foster spaces of encounter and reflection that help them, through the accomplishment of activities, to acquire knowledge and skills to optimize communication in the family, favoring The personal development of children.
The course ends on March 30, distributed in 5 sessions, in the morning, with the following contents:
- Basic concepts of emotional intelligence in relation to the family.
- Communicate emotions, learn to listen actively and empathize.
- To share emotions in the family in its different phases of the life cycle.
- Positive and happy families that by incorporating Emotional intelligence in their management improve the coexistence and well-being of all its members.
