In the morning it has closed the "Integral self-defense course for women" that has developed within the events planned on the occasion of March 8 "International Women's Day" in Torre-Pacheco.
The event, which involved ten women, has been organized by the Women's Land and Water COAG, in collaboration with the Department of Equality of the City of Torre-Pacheco and delivered by SIFU Antonio Olivares, selflessly, performing March 10 to April 8.
The aim of the course is to prepare women to deal with situations of violence that may occur in real life and show psychologically strong, recognizing warning signs when they perform their daily lives.
In addition, they have developed basic defense techniques with which to repel aggression, and we have seen today on display that girls have made on the occasion of the closing ceremony, and which was attended by the Councillor for Equality, Veronica Martinez, members of the municipal corporation and the President of COAG, Juan Luis Sánchez Garre.
