The Plenary Hall of the town hall building was the scene yesterday afternoon, October 1, of a meeting called by the Department of Commerce of the Torre Pacheco City Council that, together with the Merchants Association, brought together representatives of the hotel and commercial sector and business of the municipality, to propose a joint revitalization campaign in order to promote these areas that constitute fundamental axes of the local economy.The trade develops in an increasingly competitive environment and the appearance of new forms of sale require constant updating and the use of new tools that can be incorporated while maintaining its identity and the qualities that distinguish the pachequero trade for its quality, professionalism and attention personalized.Yolanda Castaño presented a series of initiatives that include the creation of its own commercial brand that unifies, represents and transmits the value of our business fabric, as well as the creation of a business portal that makes the municipality known outside our borders and serves as showcase its commercial and service offerings, allowing commercial operations to go beyond the limits of the nearby and local environment and expanding its scope by allowing us to communicate with a much wider audience.Other measures in this campaign are aimed at increasing and building customer loyalty.

The attendees welcomed the distribution of gift cards that presented customers with direct prizes.The development of this program will be reinforced with the dissemination, through different media, of promotional videos to publicize the business service offered by Torre Pacheco and promote purchases in the municipality.Castaño promoted associationism as an essential means to achieve these goals, which in a particular way would not be possible to face and represent a common benefit that is reinforced with the participation of all.

It should also be noted that they will be implemented with the collaboration of companies formed by young entrepreneurs from the municipality, who explained directly to the attendees the computer and management support that they will provide to each establishment.The Department of Commerce will assume the financing of these projects with the intention of achieving visible results that allow, after a year from their implementation, that the merchants themselves face them autonomously.
