The Torre Pacheco Tourism Office achieves the "Safe Tourism Certified" quality certificate, which consolidates its quality and safety compared to COVID-19.
This seal is a health guarantee after implementing a Health Risk Prevention System against COVID-19.
The Tourist Office complies with all the requirements demanded by the current legislation and the UNE and applies all the measures for the prevention of contagion by SARS-co-2.The mayor of Torre Pacheco, Antonio León, attended yesterday, Monday August 3, the first act of delivery of the quality certificate "Safe Tourism Certified", to the Tourist Offices and Information Points of the Region of Murcia , held at the San Pedro del Pinatar Tourist Initiatives Center.The mayor of Torre Pacheco, Antonio León, stated that this certificate is a recognition of the enormous work that the municipality is doing "to guarantee that its offices are safe for both workers and visitors.The Office Network of the Region of Murcia has been the first in Spain to receive the 'Safe Tourism Certified' quality seal, granted by the Institute for Spanish Tourist Quality (Icte).
The offices that have been certified with this seal have been those of San Pedro del Pinatar, Águilas, two in Cartagena, Lorca, La Unión, Los Alcázares, Puerto Lumbreras, San Javier, Torre Pacheco, Murcia and Mazarrón and two information points; one at the Murcia Region International Airport and the other at Los Narejos.In total 25 offices and two information points have been distinguished, which are part of the Network of Tourist Offices in the Region of Murcia.
