A third person has been investigated as an alleged perpetrator of the crime of reception. They are two young men, one of whom has a police record for crimes against property and an expulsion order from national territory in force, since last May, and who, due to his irregular situation, had no known address in Spain . The operation 'Sammov' has culminated, four months after its start, with the arrest of two people, for the crime of robbery with intimidating violence, and with the investigation of a third, for the crime of receiving males, Moroccans, aged between the ages of 20 and 27, who, together with the investigated measures and the recovered mobile phone, have been placed at the disposal of the Investigating Court of San Javier. The offense of reception carries a fine of 12 to 24 months or six months to two years in prison, while the crime of robbery with violence is punished with between two and five years in prison. The acquisition of objects of dubious origin can have criminal consequences for those who buy them, therefore, the Civil Guard recommends that you doubt products without invoices or those that have prices well below market prices, these signs should make us suspect that it could be stolen objects.
