| The DUSI strategy "Torre Pacheco, land of contrasts, a priority for the government team | On Monday, July 6, the mayor of Torre Pacheco, Antonio León, met with the Councilor for Contracting, Mari Carmen Guillén, the Councilor for Urban Planning and Agriculture, Alberto Galindo, and the Councilor for the Environment, José Vera, all appointed by Resolution of the Mayor's Office, Nº202001216, of June 2, 2020, as those responsible for the executing units of the DUSI Strategy "Torre Pacheco, Land of Contrasts", as well as with the Councilor for Finance Carlos López, responsible for the DUSI Strategy and the Management Unit.The meeting was attended by the Technicians Responsible for the projects being prepared and the Technical Responsible of the Management Unit, with the aim of coordinating the different actions and analyzing the objectives to be covered by December 2021, which is the first evaluation to be carried out on the Strategy. The Mayor of Torre Pacheco, has stated that it is very necessary to hold meetings where both political leaders and technicians participate, because with this Torre Pacheco Strategy much is played, because with the different operations that are going to be carried out, thanks to the subsidy received of the ERDF Funds, we are going to improve the access, use and quality of information and communication technologies, we are going to favor the transition to a low carbon economy in all sectors, conserve and protect the environment, enable the efficiency of energy resources, promote the enhancement of our heritage and promote social inclusion.
