The Council of Ministers approved on May 26, the official declaration of mourning throughout the country for those who died due to the COVID-19 pandemic.Mourning is established from 00:00 on May 27, 2020, until 00:00 on June 6.

For this reason, on Wednesday, May 27, at 12 in the morning, a minute of silence will be observed in memory of the deceased, which will be general and extendible throughout the country.The Torre Pacheco City Council joins the official mourning declared by the Government and invites citizens to keep a minute of silence for the victims, in the place where they are at that time, or in the Plaza Mayor Pedro Jiménez de Torre Pacheco, today Wednesday May 27, at 12 in the morning.From the City Council this tribute is communicated to the whole society, not only for the deceased, but also for their families, remembering that we must join this minute of silence, maintaining the safety distance, using masks and continuing to make an effort of responsibility, to avoid risks of contagion.
