Throughout the year, a project aimed at the employability of immigrants will be carried out in Torre Pacheco, carried out by the Spanish League of Education and Popular Culture, which already conducts activities aimed at minors in the San Antonio school facilities .
This supra-autonomous project is aimed at improving the socio-labor insertion of immigrants in situations of risk of social exclusion residing in rural areas through the development of integrated and personalized insertion itineraries and individualized monitoring and follow-up in the insertion process. labor.
The actions carried out are based on the context-adjusted competition model:
- Accompaniment in a personal and professional process that begins with the design of a personalized itinerary of insertion and to which training actions will be added in the increase of competences such as the acquisition of skills within the work context or in search of active employment and others of more practical content such as literacy and support for the theoretical examination of the driving license.
- Prospecting actions of companies with two objectives 1) the creation of an employment exchange and 2) labor intermediation with which both practices and hiring with the coordination of other socio-labor resources will be promoted.
The program will last twelve months.
During the development of the itineraries, users will be monitored at 3, 6 and 9 months from the beginning of the itinerary, said program is carried out in the Adult Education and Social Services facilities and consists of a technical guidance and job prospecting and a trainer.
