The Councilor for Education, Paco Sáez visited the center to check the installation of the new awnings that provide shade spaces in the children's area, a highly demanded infrastructure from the center's address.
With the location of these awnings, the Ntra. Sra. Del Rosario school in Torre Pacheco, solves a problem generated by the high temperatures we have in the spring and summer months, in addition to enabling an area for children to perform activities .
Begoña Fructuoso, director of the center, thanked the City Council for the installation of these awnings, a demand very much requested by the center, and also took the opportunity to vindicate another series of shortcomings, such as the need to heat the children's classrooms.
For his part, Sáez, said that from the City Council, they are aware of the needs of the school, and noted that as far as possible they will work to respond to all, also announced that they will be sent to the Ministry of Education those actions that fall within the competence of the Autonomous Community.
