The competition will be held on September 14 and 15.
The Pachequero municipal golf course already hosted another national championship in 2016: the P&P men's individual that year.
The Councilor for Sports, Oscar Montoya, accompanied by the president of the Murcia Golf Federation, José Jover, and the president of the Torre Pacheco Golf Club, Juan Salvador Soto, presented this morning at the City Hall of Torre Pacheco, the Championship of Spain Senior 2019 of Pitch & Putt, which will be played on September 14 and 15, with the participation of 80 players nationwide.
The Councilor for Sports, has highlighted the work and wanted to congratulate the Municipal Golf Club, for organizing this national sporting event in our municipality.
According to José Jover, the Torre Pacheco Golf Course, "one of the most beautiful routes of these characteristics and a claim for the quality and excellent conditions of the course and for the fantastic organization", pointing out that this Safe Competition is going to be exit.
The test is limited to a maximum of 80 players (between men and women) of Spanish nationality and with a valid federal license, who will play 36 holes under the 'scratch stroke play' mode, on two consecutive days (18 holes each day).
The departures will be made from green bars and on an artificial surface, as established by the Competition Committee.
The Royal Spanish Golf Federation will award trophies to the champion and runner-up of Spain and the champion and runner-up of Spain.
For his part, Juan Salvador Soto, has commented on the participation of many of the best national P&P players, and has invited all the residents of the municipality to attend the Championship.
