This morning it has signed a new cooperation agreement between the City of cadastral Torre Pacheco and Cadastre General Directorate of the Ministry of Economy and Finance.
The agreement was signed by the Mayor of Torre Pacheco, Daniel García Madrid, and the Regional Manager of the Registration of Murcia, Justo Parejo Pablos.
Through this collaboration agreement cadastral delegated powers to the City processing and approval of cadastral records of legal changes relating to urban and rural real estate, delegation which was accepted in plenary meeting of the corporation on 27 November 2008.
City Council also have the functions of processing of cases of impaired physical and economic order on the real estate equally to urban and rural.
The agreement is signed, is intended to strengthen the effectiveness and efficiency, resulting in substantial improvements for both administrations and citizens, is based on the new cadastral management needs.
Cadastral information is used for a variety of municipal activities in which you must have land information.
Each day is more frequent use of cadastral information in urban planning, local infrastructure management, localization and optimization of public transport networks, expropriation and other municipal multitasking.
The Mayor stressed the importance of this collaboration between two institutions, allowing the administration closer to citizens, thereby improving the speed, flexibility and convenience when applying cadastral information by the neighbors.
Daniel Garcia said that the signing of this agreement is a reflection of the collaboration and mutual trust that both entities are dispensed.
