The Day Centre Torre-Pacheco yesterday hosted a talk with the name "cholesterol, sugar and hypertension.

How to improve?

Taught by Francisca Peñalver, family doctor and Cristina Ramirez, medical coordinator of the Health Center West Torre-Pacheco.

Throughout the talk the two rapporteurs reported to higher attendance of all actions that have to take to improve their cholesterol and sugar, as well as techniques to improve hypertension.

This talk has been organized by the City of Torre-Pacheco through the Department of Social Welfare and Health.
