This morning presentation was in the Press Room of the City of Torre-Pacheco Hiking Trails Program to benefit Supportive Parish Caritas Torre-Pacheco.
These routes are organized jointly by the Department of Sports, Social and Health and Civil Protection Welfare, and are aimed at promoting recreational and sport healthy, contemplating various routes through the region of Murcia for the general public and within the term city ​​for seniors.
The routes are divided into two blocks: Hiking Trails Elder and general information.
The major hiking trails beginning on January 26th and end on 22de June, making tours of the towns of the municipality (Torre-Pacheco, balsicas, Roland and Dolores de Pacheco), an activity that will help combat physical inactivity among older people.
