Yesterday psychologists Social Services of the municipalities of the Region of Murcia have gathered in Torre-Pacheco this morning to celebrate the coordination meeting of social psychologists in primary care services.
The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the various proposals for intervention and social care to improve the health care service is offered from the municipalities.
The agenda for this meeting has focused on assessing the psychological consequences of the current crisis among other issues.
Psychologists are based on the current crisis and what are the consequences for the population such as the new demands of psychological and therapeutic aternativas.
In these times where economic deprivation affect the most basic needs, people live a present without prospect of future frustration and as a result there is a great sense of desolation and despair that further aggravates the social situation of these people.
That is why it is necessary to highlight the importance of the emotional and affective as fundamental aspects of mental health and quality of life
The meeting was attended by professionals from Cieza, Murcia, Molina de Segura, Alhama de Murcia, Fuente Alamo, Lorquí and Torre-Pacheco.
