The municipality of Torre-Pacheco hosted this weekend, set in the festivities, the traditional "Bobbin IX Meeting" organized by the Association of lottery wheels and Torre-Pacheco Bolilleras with IMSAS and collaboration with the Department of Celebration Hall Torre-Pacheco.
The concentration, born in 2004, was attended by about 350 lace from different municipalities of Murcia, Alicante, Albacete and Ciudad Real.
The IX Meeting, which was held on Saturday afternoon in the Plaza del Ayuntamiento, aims to add value to this technique that has great artisan tradition in the town.
During the conference, there were lace work and exhibited various crafts.
In addition, on Friday afternoon opened an exhibition at the Exhibition Hall "Gregory Smith" Cajamurcia, showing work produced by the students of the association.
