Under an agreement signed between the Ministry of Social Policy, Women and Immigration and the Fundación La Caixa, the Municipal Services for Social Action (IMSAS) of the City of Torre-Pacheco organized a workshop on "A keeper, two lives ".
This workshop, the first session was inaugurated on 22 November at, has had 23 girls living in this county and has a duration of 10 hours over four sessions.
Its objective has been to provide family caregivers of dependent people, information, advice and support needed to assume their responsibilities by balancing all areas of your life and maintaining and enhancing the emotional and physical balance, in short, teach " care for their own caregiver, "emphasizing the fact that" care to better care. "
The students received the necessary material carers provided by Fundación La Caixa and, following a new methodology in the social field, have developed a life story that served as guideline for dealing with different topics planned, all taught by professionals in matter.
