As we enter the labyrinth designed by Daedalus, we discover step by step the magnificent work of this passionate artist.
In each corner, so symbiotically integrated in this singular space, the sculptures of Amalia Rodríguez Bermúdez are sometimes discovered under the vibrant light of the sun;
others, dialoguing with their own light in their violet environment, or incandescent as a volatile giant pavesa sheltered from the perfect spiral that rises or falls, depending on how you look at it.
The transcendent of Amalia's work is her physical impossibility to exist.
As an indefatigable adventurer, the artist bends material to the limit of herself.
In his search, he investigates different supports, some malleable and others extremely hard and violent to obtain an "in extremis" performance of his own bent nature, of his emphatic existence.
On March 17, the Mayor of Torre Pacheco, Antonio León, the Councilor for Culture, Raúl Lledó, and Amalia Rodríguez, accompanied by dozens of visitors, inaugurated this spectacular exhibition, composed of pieces that merge with the spaces of the library pachequera
Throughout the tour, we are captivated by the rich cultural environment of the Library, which includes this work, which makes it theirs as if it were a fertile land that had sprung up in art.
