The Murcia Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness organizes the most important sporting event of the season at the national level of the FEFF (Spanish Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness), next weekend at the Performing Arts Center of Torre Pacheco.
The Councilor for Sports of the City Council of Torre Pacheco, Raúl Lledó, accompanied by the president of the Murcian Federation Pedro J Villa and the president of the Competition Committee of Murcia Ceferino Ferrández, presented the event to the media.
This competition is gathering in recent editions more than 600 athletes from all the different modalities such as Men's Physique, Bikini Fitness, Muscular M, Bodyfitness, Men's Short, Bikini Wellss, Classic Bodybuilding, Bodybuilding, Women Phisique, Master Bodybuilding, Couples and diverse capacities.
In addition to the competitions, an exhibition fair area will be set up for the most relevant and varied companies in the sector, which will offer tastings of their products (supplementation, pastry ...), as well as the sale of sports and competition clothing.
The national and international competitions are becoming more numerous, standing out in the past European Championships held in Catalonia, where more than 1,100 athletes from all over the world gathered, and where Spain was the absolute winner by teams in an overwhelming way.
The competition has a durability of three uninterrupted days.
On Friday morning we proceed to the weighing and sizing of the athletes and from 16 hours the competition of all the categories arranged for that day will begin.
On Saturday, the schedule is from 9 in the morning to 8 in the afternoon and Sunday from 9.30 to 14, approximately.
Ceferino Ferrández has commented that the Federation intends to ensure that this sport is Olympic, highlighting the boom that currently has Bodybuilding and Fitness in the Region and in Spain.
